Busy Bee Cleaning Solutions, Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia (remote/hybrid options available for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in auditing our sales and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven improvements to elevate our service quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will ensure our operations remain at the forefront of the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month (or equivalent in IDR), along with professional growth opportunities in a globally expanding company.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive audits of sales, operational, and customer service processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement QA frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, customer support) to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track quality benchmarks and recommend actionable insights.
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring issues and propose corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor staff on QA best practices, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and service delivery to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on QA findings and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Operational Auditing, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
