Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines for F&B manufacturing operations.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations to ensure compliance and value-driven partnerships.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and inventory needs.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including price fluctuations, lead time delays, and geopolitical factors affecting sourcing.
- Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and leverage data analytics to drive informed procurement decisions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities.
- Manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and report on KPIs to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance procurement efficiency, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the F&B manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and reducing procurement costs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations, import/export laws, and sustainability practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
