This is an immediate-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of high-quality materials and services.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our aquaculture operations. Your expertise in supplier negotiations, market analysis, and inventory management will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and business growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 12M – 17.5M per month, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic industry.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to meet business objectives while minimizing costs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging suppliers.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast budget requirements and track expenditures.
- Resolve supplier disputes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for auditing and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or aquaculture.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international supplier networks is a plus.
