Based in one of Bali’s key industrial hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing teams, and implementing best practices to meet production targets. Responsibility
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, operators, and support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance output quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and ensure timely availability of raw materials and tools.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Enforce compliance with local and international manufacturing regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present performance reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in workshop or production management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and meeting KPIs in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems (e.g., ISO, TQM).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
