Responsibility
- Perform accurate receiving, inspection, and logging of incoming shipments to ensure quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual tracking methods.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and adherence to customer requirements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, weighing, and documenting packages for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required by operational needs.
