Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee importation requirements for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of importation documents, including permits, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective and reliable materials.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and updating databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supplier management.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
