Responsibility
- Lead R&D projects from bench-scale to pilot plant levels, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
- Source and procure equipment and materials for research and development initiatives.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and document findings to support innovation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to scale up sustainable processes.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, sustainability, or chemical manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainability.
- Experience with pilot plant operations and process optimization.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and laboratory techniques.
