Responsibility
- Coordinate the safe and efficient transportation of musical instruments, ensuring timely delivery and handling.
- Inspect and prepare instruments for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries using logistics software.
- Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or issues that may arise during transit.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure the secure handling of all instruments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related concerns.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field, preferably with experience handling delicate or high-value items.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
