Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and production progress to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Generate reports on production performance, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Analyze production data to forecast demand and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS and VB systems is a plus.
