Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
