Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment during night shifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and report any defects or issues.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and finished goods within the warehouse or production area.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment or process issues.
- Adhere to night shift schedules and ensure punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, production, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10 PM to 6 AM) with a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory management software is an advantage.
