Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, storing, and tracking stock in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to maintain data integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities, and documenting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one is a strong asset.
