Responsibility
- Oversee and document the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using FIFO/LIFO methods to optimize space and accessibility.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to plan and execute distribution routes for timely deliveries to clients.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity in inventory systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in adherence to OHS standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift/move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for team coordination.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners, RFID systems, or other warehouse technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as per operational demands.
- Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety is highly advantageous.
