Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including inbound and outbound material movements.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, material handling, and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
