Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate customs documentation (PIB, PEB, and related forms) for import/export shipments
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations (Bea Cukai) and international trade laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and government authorities to facilitate smooth clearance processes
- Calculate and verify customs duties, taxes, and other fees to optimize cost efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customs-related transactions and documentation
- Resolve customs-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics operations and improve supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customs clearance, international logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations (Bea Cukai) and import-export procedures
- Proficiency in customs documentation (PIB, PEB, COO, etc.) and related software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Certification in customs or logistics (e.g., PPJK certification) is a plus
