Responsibility
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with precision and efficiency.
- Verify and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and package orders for distribution, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, optimizing space and resources.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus; certification is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required.
