Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including labeling and stock rotation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English (basic proficiency required).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not mandatory.
