Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive audits of processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports for management review.
- Interact with the Service Delivery Team to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all aspects of operations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Auditor or in a similar role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
