Responsibility
- Design and develop production plans to optimize efficiency and meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and design, to ensure seamless execution of production workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Create detailed production schedules and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all production activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance for management review.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Project).
