Responsibility
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare aerospace components and materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain air conditioning systems to regulate temperature and humidity in warehouse storage areas, safeguarding sensitive materials.
- Perform regular quality checks on packed items to prevent damage, errors, or contamination during transit.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, updating digital records, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow strict safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment, adherence to PPE guidelines, and participation in safety drills.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate timely loading/unloading of goods and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment, including air conditioning units, and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, packing, or air conditioning system maintenance (or related fields).
- Basic understanding of air conditioning systems, temperature control, or HVAC operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory tracking tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in packing and documentation.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime, as required by operational needs.
- Certification in forklift operation or air conditioning maintenance (e.g., HVAC certification) is a bonus.
