Responsibility
- Assist in processing import/export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
- Track and update shipment statuses in logistics software, providing real-time visibility to stakeholders.
- Verify compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and licensing requirements.
- Prepare and organize shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, procurement) to align logistics with inventory needs.
- Resolve discrepancies or delays in shipments by communicating with relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, costs, and delivery performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global partners.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian trade regulations is a plus.
