Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, and distribution of F&B products.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality and supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best value for the company.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and sustainability practices in supply chain operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness to market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software).
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing supply chain challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
