Responsibility
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for outdoor-grade materials, metal fabrication, and cabinetry.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, QA) to align sourcing with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize supply chain logistics to reduce lead times and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present sourcing reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on manufacturing materials.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships in international markets.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor-grade materials, metal fabrication processes, and cabinetry production.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 20%).
