Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to the supervisor.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Storekeeper, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training will be provided if necessary).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
