Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with manufacturing timelines.
- Monitor and adjust production plans in real-time to accommodate changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or operational constraints.
- Lead capacity planning initiatives to balance workload across production lines and prevent bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory and customer specifications.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, variances, and corrective actions to senior management.
- Mentor and train planning staff to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
