Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily outbound order processing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize distribution center capacity to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support supervisors in resolving operational bottlenecks and improving workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operations.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff on standard operating procedures.
- Generate reports on key performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
