This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $5 – $8, along with the opportunity to work in the vibrant and inspiring locations of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Design and implement production plans that optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of production schedules.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed production timelines and workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create and modify production layouts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, design, or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and production planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
