Responsibility
- Execute full-cycle procurement processes, from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sourcing, Finance, and Operations) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Manage procurement documentation, including RFQs, RFPs, and purchase agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities and ensure business continuity.
- Utilize procurement software and ERP systems to track orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing, oil & gas, or logistics sectors.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, spend analysis, and procurement KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and suppliers.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
