Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including labeling, sorting, and storing products in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
