Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory records by logging stock movements, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before use, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Organize warehouse space by stacking, sorting, and labeling pallets to optimize storage and retrieval.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including PPE usage and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including sweeping, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or forklift driving.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25-50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or transport industries is a plus.
