Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow rotating shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as assigned.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures to prevent workplace incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; no prior warehouse experience required.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in order processing.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and follow company procedures.
