Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including shelving, aisles, and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
- Label and barcode products accurately to facilitate easy tracking and retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is advantageous but not required.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle packages weighing up to 25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
