Responsibility
- Process dealer orders within the standard processing time to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee branch payments, ensuring complete and on-time deposit of collections.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of shipping documents.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained in a clean and safe manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
- Provide support in the receiving and dispatching of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
