Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
- Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and negotiate contracts to ensure service quality and cost savings.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through robust tracking systems and regular audits.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for food safety, transportation, and storage.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics with business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in warehouse management, transportation, and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations, especially in the FMCG sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is a plus.
