Responsibility
- Accurately and efficiently pack products according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure quality control.
- Label and tag packages correctly for easy identification and tracking.
- Operate packaging machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packaging and shipping targets.
- Follow inventory management procedures to track packed items accurately.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
