Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and propose data-driven improvements to processes and workflows.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production status, capacity utilization, and lead times.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Support ad-hoc projects and process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
