Responsibility
- Accurately interpret and identify spare parts using technical manuals, diagrams, and catalogs.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to verify part specifications and availability.
- Maintain and update an organized inventory system for spare parts, ensuring real-time accuracy.
- Process orders, generate quotes, and coordinate deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in part numbers, descriptions, or compatibility.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source hard-to-find or obsolete parts.
- Provide technical support to sales and service teams regarding part inquiries.
- Document and report inventory levels, shortages, or excess stock to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, or in a similar role within automotive, industrial, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong knowledge of part numbering systems, technical drawings, and OEM catalogs.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or engineering principles is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
