Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily trucking schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Utilize PortNET/TradeNet systems to track and manage shipments efficiently.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in PortNET/TradeNet systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
