Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using company software and manual tracking systems.
- Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support procurement and demand planning.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
