Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of electronic components and finished goods against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring zero discrepancies in inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Label, tag, and store materials in designated locations using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and PPE usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills for inventory tracking.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
