Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and warehouse transactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Support other warehouse tasks, such as packing, labeling, and preparing goods for dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift license (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics (preferred but not required for motivated candidates).
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) as required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when necessary.
