Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Document and report production metrics, anomalies, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely material replenishment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production support or manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
- Proficiency in using production management software (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
