Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ management, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs and budget constraints.
- Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations, contract renewals, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and achieving cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and risk management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
