Responsibility
- Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage shipment arrangements, including tracking, scheduling, and resolving logistics discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation, permits, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Provide daily operational support, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics (preferably in manufacturing or transport).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
