Responsibility
- Pick, pack, and issue goods accurately and efficiently to meet customer orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and updating records.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and manage deliveries and shipments.
- Resolve shipping inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure quality and quantity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and resolve inquiries.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
