Responsibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and updating the warehouse management system.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
- Organize and store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and ensuring easy accessibility.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of warehouse facilities to identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; certification for forklift operation is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
