Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Monitor and optimize facility systems (e.g., lighting, ventilation, waste management) to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for facility-related services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Certifications in safety management, LEAN, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
