Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Manage vendor communications to ensure clarity, accountability, and long-term partnerships.
- Track logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, delivery timelines, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment by monitoring procurement timelines and resolving delays proactively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all procurement and logistics transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or deliveries with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize logistics workflows.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
