Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Streamline logistics processes to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast demand, plan inventory needs, and align operations with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and best practices in supply chain optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
