Responsibility
- Receive, check, and verify incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sort, label, and pack products according to company standards and procedures.
- Arrange and organize stock in designated warehouse areas for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare and pack orders for outlet replenishment and customer shipments.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily warehouse targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
